Mr. Liaquat Ali Malik is a distinguished businessman with over four decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and feed industries. Renowned for his out-of-the-box strategic approach, he has played a pivotal role in driving business development across numerous major local pharmaceutical and feed companies that today rank among the industry’s top performers. His professional passion lies in advancing local technologies for high-cost medical treatments and in developing and commercializing novel molecules and brands spanning pharmaceutical, biological, herbal, animal health, feed additives, and nutritional supplement sectors. Currently, Mr. Malik serves as President & CEO of Matrix Pharma Pvt. Ltd. since 2001 and holds the same position at UM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. since 1995. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and directed Herbion Pvt. Ltd. from 1982 to 1997, and served as Executive Director and Head of Business Development, Marketing & Sales at Hilton Pharma Pvt. Ltd. from 1978 to 1995.
