Dr. Asim Mahmood Khan is a seasoned veterinary and agribusiness professional with extensive expertise spanning the poultry and dairy industries. A graduate of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, he began his career in 1997 with Al Watania Poultry in Saudi Arabia, initially focusing on broiler production before moving to the veterinary department, where he oversaw health and management operations. Returning to Pakistan, Dr. Khan took on the role of Chief Executive at Forward Solutions – an Animal Health Company in Lahore – where for over five years he provided comprehensive poultry solutions, covering hygiene services, nutritional products, growth promoters, and biosecurity programs. In 2012, he became Managing Director of AGRIPROM Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., a company dedicated to delivering complete solutions for the dairy industry, from land selection and animal import to management training. Around the same time, he also began serving as a Technical Consultant in vaccines, a role he continues to hold, offering expert guidance to enhance animal health programs. Expanding his leadership footprint, Dr. Khan took on the position of Chairman of the Board at AMK Nexus Pvt. Ltd. in 2019, providing integrated solutions for both poultry and dairy sectors. With over 25 years of diverse experience, Dr. Asim Mahmood Khan is recognized for his strategic vision and deep commitment to advancing animal health and production efficienciesacross South Asia.
