Dr. Fareeha Talha, the first female veterinarian from Gilgit Baltistan, has devoted her life to advancing animal health, empowering women, and creating pathways for youth through education and entrepreneurship. With over two decades of rich experience, she serves as the CEO of Fartal Pharmaceuticals, where she leads veterinary pharmaceutical imports and drives innovation across Pakistan. As Director of Edyra Education Consultants, Dr. Fareeha has guided hundreds of students toward international education opportunities, expanding the consultancy to four thriving branches nationwide. She is also the proud founder of My Salon in Karachi, an initiative aimed at supporting women’s financial independence and entrepreneurship. Dr. Fareeha’s remarkable journey, recognized by the ISPR’s Pride of Pakistan award in 2021, reflects her steadfast commitment to purpose and impact. She also serves on the Board of Studies at GCUF, actively contributes to community well-being by distributing eggs to schools and hospitals to promote nutrition, and tirelessly advocates for women striving to succeed in male-dominated industries. Open to global collaboration and knowledge exchange, Dr. Fareeha continues to champion initiatives in veterinary health, education consultancy, and community-based nutrition, leaving a lasting imprint on countless lives across Pakistan and beyond.
