Dr. Muhammad Shoaib is the CEO of NEOVETTERS GLOBAL and a seasoned poultry industry professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. He began his career with the Sadiq Group in 1992, where he was responsible for managing a vast poultry operation that included a Broiler Grand Parent flock, 4.5 million broiler parent stock, 2 million broilers, 2.25 million commercial layers, a poultry and cattle feed mill, an SB organic manure plant, and a fully equipped poultry diagnostic laboratory. His primary responsibilities encompassed planning the placement of GP, parent stocks, layer, and broiler flocks; overseeing hatchery management; designing vaccination programs across all poultry sectors; and managing the planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning of environment-controlled poultry houses. Additionally, he supervised general farm management and administration, ensuring the efficient operation of ventilation systems under diverse weather conditions, while meticulously maintaining statistical records related to feeding programs, body weights, egg production, mortality, medication, and vaccination schedules. Dr. Shoaib also handled the procurement of vaccines and medicines and interpreted laboratory results in light of on-ground farm conditions. Throughout his career, he has continuously advanced his expertise by attending numerous international courses and workshops. These include specialized trainings on avian influenza preparedness organized by FAO and the National Reference Laboratory in Islamabad; CEVA University Layer Asia programs in Bangkok (2013 and 2016); a course on clinical diagnosis and laboratory applications for food animals at Chiang Mai University, Thailand (2018); the Ceva Asia Online Poultry Seminar Series (2020-21); ventilation courses by the University of Georgia Department of Poultry Science (2020); a one-week broiler management course by Aviagen EMEA School in Edinburgh, UK (2019); a four-week module on avian influenza and poultry health sciences from the University of Utrecht, Netherlands (2022); and a poultry short course at the University of Georgia, USA (November 2022). Through this diverse experience and continuous professional development, Dr. Muhammad Shoaib has established himself as a distinguished leader in the poultry sector.
